These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the access and use of the Winzara mobile application, website, and all related services, features, content, and functionality (collectively referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing, registering, or using Winzara in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.
1. Eligibility, Legal Capacity & Acceptance
1.1. Winzara is strictly intended for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
1.2. By creating an account or using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
You are not prohibited by any applicable law from using such services
1.3. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that participation on Winzara is permitted under the laws of their country, state, or jurisdiction.
1.4. Winzara shall not be held responsible if the Platform is accessed in violation of local laws.
1.5. Any misrepresentation of age or identity may result in immediate account termination without notice or compensation.
2. Nature and Purpose of Winzara
2.1. Winzara is a skill-based digital entertainment platform offering quizzes, mind games, challenges, and tournaments designed to test knowledge, cognitive ability, speed, and analytical skills.
2.2. The Platform does not involve:
Gambling
Betting
Wagering
Games of chance
Real-money winnings
2.3. All outcomes on Winzara depend primarily on the user’s skill, performance, accuracy, and decision-making.
2.4. Winzara is intended for entertainment, learning, and competitive engagement only.
3. Virtual Tokens, Coins & In-App Economy
3.1. Winzara uses virtual tokens and coins as in-app utility units.
3.2. These tokens and coins:
Are virtual in nature
Have no real-world cash value
Do not represent currency, property, or legal tender
Cannot be withdrawn, transferred, gifted, or exchanged for cash
3.3. Tokens and coins may be earned or used within the Platform for:
Participating in premium or hard-level matches
Entering tournaments or challenges
Redeeming promotional rewards such as vouchers, redeem codes, or in-app benefits
3.4. The availability, quantity, and type of rewards may vary and are subject to change at any time.
3.5. Winzara reserves the absolute right to:
Modify token mechanics
Expire unused tokens
Change redemption rules
Discontinue rewards without prior notice
3.6. Tokens and coins are non-refundable under all circumstances.
4. Free Users and Premium Subscription Users
4.1. Winzara offers both free access and paid subscription-based access.
4.2. Free users may access:
Standard quizzes
Basic mind games
Limited features and challenges
4.3. Premium users, upon purchasing a subscription, may access:
Advanced and hard-difficulty quizzes
Premium challenges and tournaments
Additional exclusive features
4.4. Premium access is valid only for the duration of the active subscription period.
4.5. Expired subscriptions do not carry forward benefits, tokens, or privileges.
5. Subscriptions, Payments & Billing
5.1. Payments on Winzara are made exclusively for digital subscription services and premium access.
5.2. Subscriptions provide immediate access to premium content upon successful payment confirmation.
5.3. All payments are final, non-cancellable, and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
5.4. Winzara does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability of premium services.
5.5. Any misuse of subscription benefits may result in suspension or termination without refund.
6. Rewards, Vouchers & Third-Party Offers
6.1. Rewards available on Winzara are promotional incentives, not guaranteed entitlements.
6.2. Vouchers, redeem codes, or third-party benefits:
Are subject to availability
Are governed by third-party terms and conditions
May change or expire without notice
6.3. Winzara does not control and is not responsible for third-party reward providers.
6.4. Failure to redeem a reward due to third-party issues shall not create any liability on Winzara.
7. User Accounts, Conduct & Fair Use
7.1. Each user is permitted to maintain only one account.
7.2. Users must not:
Create multiple accounts
Share accounts
Use bots, scripts, or automation
Exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities
7.3. Any attempt to manipulate gameplay or rewards will be treated as a serious violation.
7.4. Winzara reserves the right to investigate and take action, including permanent bans.
8. Advertisements & Third-Party Services
8.1. Winzara may display advertisements, including rewarded advertisements.
8.2. Third-party services such as ad networks, analytics providers, or login services may operate independently.
8.3. Winzara is not responsible for third-party content, services, or data handling practices.
9. Suspension, Restriction & Termination
9.1. Winzara may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion if:
These Terms are violated
Fraud or abuse is suspected
Required by law or regulation
9.2. Termination may result in forfeiture of:
Tokens
Subscriptions
Rewards
without compensation.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1. The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
10.2. Winzara shall not be liable for:
Loss of data
Loss of rewards
Technical failures
Service interruptions
10.3. Users agree that use of Winzara is entirely at their own risk.
11. Responsible Gaming & Usage
11.1. Winzara promotes responsible and balanced use of digital games.
11.2. Users are encouraged to manage screen time and avoid excessive usage.
11.3. Winzara does not promote addictive behavior or unhealthy gaming habits.
12. Amendments to Terms
12.1. Winzara reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.
12.2. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
13.1. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
13.2. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India.
